The property should remain suitable for guests with asthma or allergies, and therefore no pets are allowed indoors.

Guest parking is located at the Kytäjä Golf Club car park. The door code is provided upon arrival.

All prices include VAT. Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. We will charge 50 % of the rental price for bookings that are cancelled less than 30 days before arrival.

Standard cleaning at the end of the rental period is included in the rental price. We kindly ask you to load up the dishwasher, take out your own trash and bottles at the end of the rental period and please make sure the door locks when you leave. If additional cleaning is required, the cleaning fee is 50 € per hour.

We reserve the right to change the price and charges related to renting Uni Villa Suites at any time.
